toWorthy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
4. Plan limits and fair use
Features may include technical usage limits (for example monitor counts, request history limits, or processing quotas). We may enforce anti-abuse controls, rate limits, and temporary restrictions to protect service stability.

This includes, for example:
- Loss, corruption, or delayed availability of data (including webhook and monitoring history).
- Failure to receive or process webhooks.
- False positives or false negatives in monitoring outputs.
- Incorrect or incomplete output from developer tools.
- Service downtime or technical failures.
You remain responsible for backups, legal compliance, and operational decisions based on tool output.
7. Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or data protection law.
8. Privacy, retention, and DSAR
Data handling, retention rules, and data subject request workflow are described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Updated versions are published with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
